The Roadmap to Effective Emergency Aid: Designing an EA Program that Supports Student Success

Reos Partners / March 9, 2019

Each year, millions of post-secondary students’ success is threatened by unexpected financial hardships. Emergency Aid is a proven approach for helping such students complete college. Facilitators will introduce the EA Roadmap, an innovative, online social learning platform that helps campuses create effective, integrated EA programs through practitioner-tested guidance and access to peer coaching. Participants will have an opportunity to experience the EA Roadmap learning environment, engage with its content, and identify next steps for advancing student success in their context. To register, go to: https://conference.naspa.org/. For more information, contact: Monica Pohlmann, Principal, Reos Partners, at pohlmann@reospartners.com.

The EA Roadmap has been designed based on practitioner-tested guidance developed in the Emergency Aid Lab. To learn more about the lab and its process, which parallels that in the EA Roadmap, view this overview video, this video about student services, or this video about financial aid, on Student ARC.
