umina Foundation for Education created the Dreamkeepers Emergency Financial Aid Program and the Angel Fund Program to provide emergency financial assistance to community college students who are at risk of dropping out. Each Dreamkeepers college receives $100,000 over three years; each TCU receives $10,000 over five years.
